What you will do

• Develop backend applications and new functionality for the StellarTech Platform from scratch.
• Design and contribute to microservice and event-driven architectures.
• Build and maintain integrations with external platforms and third-party services.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and platform features.
• Ensure platform performance, stability, and reliability while resolving production issues.
• Implement AI-assisted development workflows to increase productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience.
• 2+ years of commercial experience with Python and its ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building high-load or data-intensive applications.
• Deep expertise in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of message queues and event-driven systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Background in MarTech or FinTech domains.
• Analytical approach to long-term service design.
