What you will do
- Integrate AI tools into game design, content creation, and production workflows across multiple projects.
- Build, evaluate, and refine AI-powered design processes to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, and product teams to identify AI optimization opportunities.
- Mentor team members on AI best practices, tools, and emerging capabilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for AI tools, pipelines, and workflows.
- Analyze and improve production processes to remove bottlenecks and reduce iteration time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer or Technical Designer in the gaming industry.
- Proficiency in at least one coding language: Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and game economy design for the FTP casual space.
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
- English: Strong fluency (C1) required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HTML5 for web-based games or interactive content.
- Experience working on casual, mobile, or live-service games.
