What you will do

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams.
• Transform complex financial products into simple and usable customer journeys.
• Utilize data, research, and user feedback to drive product decisions and iterations.
• Manage trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, and operational complexity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or product operator.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Experience shipping real products in collaboration with engineers and designers.
• Comfortable working with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills are required as it is the main working language.
