TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (Fintech): Building and optimizing features for a finance super app including insurance, payments, and investing with an accent on end-to-end product development. Focus on developing web flows, backend APIs, and internal operational systems to reduce manual work.

Location: Must be based in the UK; Hybrid (at least 3 days per week in the London office)

What you will do

  • Build customer-facing and internal product features end-to-end.
  • Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
  • Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
  • Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch features quickly.
  • Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability.
  • Utilize analytics and feedback to iterate and improve features post-launch.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
  • Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
  • Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
  • Strong English communication is required.
  • Ability to turn rough requirements into working products without needing perfect specifications.
  • Strong product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer apps, or high-volume platforms.
