What you will do

• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity risk management framework and methodology.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications.
• Define and track key risk indicators to measure and communicate security exposure.
• Design and document processes to strengthen the global security services portfolio.
• Support security awareness training and lead phishing simulation campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security Operations team on operational tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT risk management or information security.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and ISF SoGP frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
