What you will do
- Handle incoming calls and provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Process and submit invoices into accounting software.
- Manage email correspondence and communicate rent adjustments to tenants.
- Coordinate property viewings and interact with potential tenants.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all property activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Dominican Republic or the Philippines
- English and Spanish proficiency (verbal and written) required
- Minimum 2 years of office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
