What you will do

  • Handle incoming calls and provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Process and submit invoices into accounting software.
  • Manage email correspondence and communicate rent adjustments to tenants.
  • Coordinate property viewings and interact with potential tenants.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all property activities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Dominican Republic or the Philippines
  • English and Spanish proficiency (verbal and written) required
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
