Focus on acting as the business owner for your area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives and improve unit economics.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of a strategic business area within Consumer.
• Drive product-led growth across key business metrics, including users, activity, revenue, margin, and P&L.
• Launch new products, features, markets, or customer propositions across key segments and regions.
• Build business cases for new opportunities, including market size, customer demand, and operational requirements.
• Partner with technical product leads to define, prioritize, and ship customer-facing features.
• Lead go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Growth, and Regional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a GM, business lead, product, or strategy role in fintech or crypto.
• Proven ability to own or influence commercial outcomes such as revenue, volume, retention, or P&L.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in business modeling, pricing, and unit economics.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to align senior stakeholders around strategy and priorities.
