TL;DR
Executive Partner (AI): Managing the operating rhythm of the leadership team and driving operational efficiency with an accent on AI-native workflows and complex stakeholder coordination. Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid approach).
Salary: SEK 49,000 – SEK 59,000 per month.

What you will do
- Own the operating rhythm of the leadership team, including meeting agendas, decision logs, and follow-through.
- Administer board portals and maintain governance records with high confidentiality.
- Manage the annual cadence for board meetings, committees, and shareholder events.
- Track high-priority management projects and escalate stalled action points.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-timezone scheduling.
- Identify administrative tasks to templatize or automate using AI tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for daily productivity.
- Proven ability to distill complex discussions into accurate summaries.
- Experience working in a Slack-first environment.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion.

- Paralegal experience.
- Background in SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
