What you will do
- Define and drive product strategy for mixed fleets including HCVs, LCVs, and non-powered assets.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and scaling.
- Lead the transition from hardware-dependent solutions to flexible, hardware-agnostic data models.
- Collaborate with Data & AI teams to ensure high-quality data ingestion and predictive insights.
- Ensure compliance with European regulations such as tachograph, GDPR, and ESG reporting.
- Define and track key success metrics including revenue growth and customer retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management within fleet, mobility, telematics, or transport technology.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the fleet space.
- Experience working with complex, data-driven products and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Europe to support regional operations and compliance requirements.
