Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager (HR Technology): Shaping and optimizing SD Worx’s Software & Services portfolio for the Finnish market with an accent on go-to-market strategy, commercial readiness, and customer-centric solution development. Focus on translating market insights into differentiated offerings, launching and scaling solutions, and evolving the portfolio across HR technology, SaaS, and AI.
Location: Espoo, Finland; hybrid

What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans supporting growth and market expansion in Finland.
- Manage and continuously improve the Software & Services catalogue for the Finnish market.
- Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Nordic stakeholders on portfolio development.
- Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into differentiated solutions.
- Drive commercial readiness, launches, adoption, and operational execution of new offerings.
- Monitor HR technology, SaaS, AI, and customer trends to maintain portfolio competitiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, portfolio management, or strategic marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Finnish market and experience launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, software, or professional services is highly desirable.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken, are required.
