What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end shift fulfillment and respond quickly to client staffing requests.
  • Monitor live attendance and resolve real-time operational issues such as no-shows and cancellations.
  • Onboard and activate workforce professionals on the platform and maintain engagement.
  • Keep operational systems, CRMs, and scheduling trackers fully updated.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, staffing, workforce coordination, or marketplace operations.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage live priorities under pressure.
  • Experience with operational systems, scheduling platforms, and CRMs.
  • Must be based in Philippines, Malaysia, or Singapore.
  • Strict adherence to U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with staffing agencies, workforce marketplaces, or on-demand service environments.
  • Knowledge of workforce KPIs and attendance tracking.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth operational environment.
