What you will do
- Identify and engage potential leads through website chat, support tickets, and social media.
- Analyze past purchaser data to execute reactivation and follow-up campaigns.
- Research and prospect potential B2B clients including schools, daycares, and businesses.
- Develop and maintain a structured sales roadmap to track lead generation progress.
- Manage and strategize targeted email marketing campaigns to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage customer feedback and sales trends.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Dominican Republic.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and lead generation for B2B and B2C segments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills with experience in cold and warm outreach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and data-driven approach to sales.
- Availability to work full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
