What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage reliable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline CI/CD pipelines for improved deployment speed and stability.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across all AWS services.
• Own database infrastructure, including provisioning, migrations, backups, and performance tuning.
• Build and operate an internal developer platform to provide reproducible environments.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot incidents to continuously improve observability and resilience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden (no relocation provided).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production systems.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, and IAM.
• Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL systems (MySQL, Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB) and messaging tools (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Ability to automate workflows using Bash or Python.
