Location: Hybrid (must be based in Liverpool or London, UK)

What you will do

  • Research prints and graphics for speed-to-market and long-lead trends across Jersey, Wovens, and Nightwear.
  • Create print-focused trend boards, catwalk reports, and shop reports for multiple categories.
  • Collaborate with buying teams to ensure prints and graphics are cohesive and saleable.
  • Partner with technical teams to advise factories on printing techniques and colors.
  • Source from the supply base and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Analyze sales data to design commercially relevant, fashion-forward graphics with the customer in mind.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Junior Designer within a womenswear team.
  • Detailed understanding of the design process for Jersey and Woven categories.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, handpainting, and drawing.
  • Knowledge of printing techniques, fabrics, and color theory.
  • Ability to create detailed print and graphic packs for the supply chain.
  • Knowledge of AI to assist in the print design process.
