What you will do

• Act as product owner for post-discharge activities to drive and monitor growth strategies.
• Partner with local and global marketing teams to align the full ostomate journey.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, and clinical education for market planning and implementation.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain and grow market share.
• Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and community organizations.
• Plan and execute community conferences and facilitate Consumer Advisory Panels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-8 years of related work experience.
• At least 5 years in product management, marketing, or sales.
• Experience driving product development life cycles for existing and new products.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and weekends.
