What you will do

• Develop and maintain electrical simulation models using power system simulation software (e.g., PSCAD, DIgSilent PowerFactory, Siemens PSS/E).
• Run grid integration studies, including stability and harmonics, to support wind power plant performance.
• Validate and benchmark simulation models against real-world data and grid requirements.
• Collaborate with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) to interpret and implement simulation model requirements.
• Automate model development and study processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical feedback to product development teams based on grid compliance insights.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similar.
• Experience with EMT and RMS modeling and simulation in at least one of: PSCAD, PSS/E, DIgSilent PowerFactory.
• Several years of work experience in a customer-facing role dealing with electrical models and simulations.
• Experience with interconnection studies and requirements.
• Fluent English spoken and written; additional Spanish and/or German are a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
