What you will do

• Design and render realistic, high-quality visuals for interior and exterior architectural projects.
• Model furniture, fixtures, architectural elements, and environments with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to translate design intent into consistent visual results.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client specifications, brand guidelines, and strict timelines.
• Maintain clear and prompt communication during established working hours.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Strong 3D modeling portfolio specifically demonstrating furniture and fixture design.
• English: C1 proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Advanced understanding of composition, lighting, and texture in architectural visualization.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times.
• Must be based in the Philippines or Dominican Republic.

Nice to have

• Professional background in architecture or interior design.
• Experience with post-processing tools like Photoshop.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
