What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 7–10 virtual card supplier enablement specialists in outreach and objection handling.
  • Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards for payment instructions and delivery.
  • Own daily execution against targets, monitoring KPIs such as call/email volume, conversion rates, and enablement velocity.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive manual tasks and improve team accuracy.
  • Maintain high customer experience standards for all supplier interactions and resolve daily escalations.
  • Collaborate with Card Team, Payment Delivery, and Customer Support to resolve recurring issues and report performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct people management experience in high-volume operations or sales roles (outbound sales, telesales, or collections).
  • Proven track record of driving performance against KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data and metrics orientation with comfort using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Genuine interest in adopting AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B sales (virtual cards, ePayables, commercial cards) is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, MS Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Experience developing early-career staff in a high-volume operational environment.
