TL;DR
SEO Executive (iGaming): Driving organic growth and SEO performance for Dutch-speaking markets with an accent on content strategy, technical audits, and performance analysis. Focus on improving search visibility in Belgium and the Netherlands, optimizing on-page elements, and aligning organic traffic with commercial acquisition KPIs.
Location: Based in Malta (Tigné Point). Relocation to Malta is possible.

What you will do
- Own and drive SEO performance and visibility for the Belgian and Dutch markets.
- Conduct technical, content, and on-page SEO audits to identify and prioritize impactful improvements.
- Execute SEO initiatives including content optimization, internal linking, and SERP performance.
- Monitor and report on organic performance, visibility, and market trends using GA4 and GSC.
- Collaborate with SEO Leads and local market stakeholders to deliver against shared objectives.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and AI-driven search features to optimize workflows.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken) is required.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Solid foundational knowledge of technical, content, and on-page SEO principles.
- Experience with GA4, GSC, and various SEO tools for keyword research and rank tracking.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for commercial growth.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an SEO Executive or similar role.
- Experience or strong interest in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content or SEO workflows.
- Exposure to international or multi-market SEO strategies.
