What you will do

• Develop and deploy social content calendars, writing both long- and short-form copy to engage followers.
• Create and optimize paid social advertising strategies and landing pages to meet client marketing goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams and practice stakeholders to align social strategies with larger marketing plans.
• Analyze performance data to refocus key messages and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct social training calls for members on digital programs.
• Provide support for Paid Search, Marketing Automation, and web initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content best practices.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads and email marketing software.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite or other design software.
• Ability to make basic updates in WordPress.
• Experience working with clients in an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications.
