What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues on PC, Sony, and Microsoft consoles.
• Escalate complex unresolved issues to Tier II associates or management.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the Knowledge Base by suggesting content updates.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role (internships included).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Basic technical proficiency with PCs and gaming consoles.
• Familiarity with MS Office and G Suite products.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
