What you will do

• Design original and trend-forward infant apparel collections for seasonal releases.
• Select fabrics, trims, and prints prioritizing safety and comfort for infants.
• Create detailed tech packs, CADs, and garment specifications for production.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to align designs with brand identity.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
• Participate in fittings and refine designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in infant or children’s wear.
• Strong portfolio showcasing infant apparel designs and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric behavior.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CPSIA and other infant safety standards.
• Experience working with organic or sustainable materials.
• Bilingual communication skills.
