What you will do

• Design, develop, and verify onboard IT systems and infrastructure for naval projects.
• Implement technical solutions using scripting, automation, and system configuration.
• Analyze and review technical solutions and system architectures.
• Define and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including designs, instructions, and policies.
• Support the integration of internally developed and externally sourced systems.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Degree in software engineering, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Professional experience in IT systems, software development, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency with Version Control (Git) and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows environments and Virtualization (KVM, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet) or Microsoft Active Directory.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in system architecture or technical design.
• Knowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working in product development environments or with complex, distributed systems.
