What you will do

• Design and optimize high-performing WordPress and Shopify websites, including custom theme and Liquid template development.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features and agents using Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI.
• Build data engineering workflows and pipelines utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Functions, and BigQuery.
• Architect and implement advanced Martech integrations such as Facebook Conversion API, GTM, and GA4.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, debugging support, and guidance on development best practices.
• Collaborate on technical strategy and translate complex technical concepts for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in web development, specifically with WordPress and Shopify.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, Liquid, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud APIs, BigQuery, Cloud Functions).
• Experience with AI/ML integrations such as Vertex AI or Gemini Enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MySQL, and web security regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue for headless implementations.
• Experience building custom WordPress plugins or Shopify apps.
