What you will do

• Create, coordinate, and optimize promotional Casino CRM campaigns across multiple brands and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and game providers to launch new game releases with appropriate marketing support.
• Develop and track an engaging cross-sell experience across all customer touchpoints and channels.
• Implement precise segmentation and targeting based on game preferences and gaming frequency.
• Analyze campaign results and competitor offers to provide data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
• Manage priority customer complaints and communicate technical issues to the relevant teams to safeguard player experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional CRM experience, preferably within the online casino industry.
• Business proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategies, practices, and Casino products/promotions.
• Experience utilizing various marketing channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail for reporting and optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the Optimove CRM platform.
• Proficiency in French.
