What you will do

• Monitor marketing performance across multiple channels (e.g., site traffic, conversions, CPA) and ensure alignment with market targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute tactical action plans, ensuring brand positioning, media strategies, and campaign deliverables are met.
• Develop and localize compliant marketing materials (TV, ATL, BTL, digital, on-site) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor and manage the local marketing budget, including invoice processing and vendor management for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with local and central content teams and third-party partners for campaign execution and consistent communications.
• Monitor competition, assess market and media research, and ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the online industry.
• Native French and/or Dutch Speaker.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Passion for sports and the online gaming industry.
• Business orientation, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
