What you will do

• Lead local regulatory engagement to ensure interactions are transparent and consistent with global standards.
• Anticipate regulatory changes and translate them into actionable business strategies.
• Partner with Product Owners and Legal teams to support the launch of new features within the UAE regulatory framework.
• Manage regulatory communications, inspections, and audits end-to-end.
• Provide strategic regulatory advice and counsel to senior management.
• Build scalable processes and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk management within a top-tier financial institution or fintech.
• Existing professional network within the UAE regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, mobile applications, and regional financial regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex information and drive resolutions.
• Experience in coaching and inspiring team members.
