What you will do

• Provide 2LoD compliance advisory and oversight to ensure regulatory requirements and customer outcomes are met.
• Develop and implement the compliance management system and oversee the training programme.
• Review marketing communications and analyze complaints to maintain compliance standards.
• Interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business requirements.
• Collaborate with global managers to align local risk management frameworks with global processes.
• Perform regulatory issue identification, track actions to completion, and create policies from scratch.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance risk management within a bank, regulator, or consultancy.
• Expertise in regulatory requirements for payments, prepaid cards, and deposits.
• Proven experience in regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Experience with SANADAK.
• Must be located in the UAE.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CBUAE or DFSA regulations.
