Senior UX/UI Designer (Mobile)

What you will do

• Design engaging and user-friendly native mobile experiences for the mysdworx app on iOS and Android.
• Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate complex HR processes into clear and intuitive mobile experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the app's design system, including reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Utilize research insights, analytics, and user feedback to iteratively refine designs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding native mobile app UI design (iOS and Android).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience working with established design systems.
• Expertise in visual design, including layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and color theory.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience designing enterprise products, HR solutions, or SaaS products.
• Experience contributing to design systems at scale.
