What you will do

• Take ownership of the company's information security agenda and build a robust, pragmatic, and scalable security framework.
• Serve as the primary authority on information security governance, policy, and risk management.
• Define security standards and provide clear guidance to IT and Engineering on execution, design, and remediation.
• Collaborate across governance, risk, compliance, technology, and business functions.
• Manage cybersecurity budgets and define the team structure to attract talent and grow security capabilities.
• Present strategic security matters to senior leadership and the Board.

Requirements

• Significant experience in information security, cyber security, or IT security leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in defining security strategy, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present to executive or Board-level audiences.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as gaming, financial services, or payments.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Liège hub in Belgium.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCISO.
• Prior experience specifically within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with certification or compliance programmes.
