What you will do

• Design and maintain resilient, secure, and highly available GCP infrastructure for all SaaS and Hosted services to meet SLAs.
• Manage scalable GCP network architecture, including VPC design, peering, Cloud Interconnect/VPN, and DNS.
• Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and incident response using modern CI/CD and GitOps practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot site stability and performance using GCP-native observability tooling.
• Scale infrastructure to meet increasing demand using autoscaling, load balancing, and cost-optimization best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to productionalize new features via containerized, Kubernetes-native deployment patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations supporting high-availability SaaS or cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, IAM, etc.).
• Deep experience in GCP networking, including VPC architecture, load balancing (GLB, ILB), and multi-region design.
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or equivalent).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java applications and the J2EE technology stack.
• Comfort using AI and LLM tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) as everyday productivity aids for scripting and troubleshooting.
