What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application review in the ATS to offer negotiation.
• Coach and prepare candidates for interviews, managing expectations and providing timely status updates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and search status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Croatian language: Required
• 1 or more years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
