What you will do

• Build tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities that empower multiple product teams to deliver software faster and more reliably.
• Design and maintain reusable SDKs, libraries, and developer tooling.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and build automation to increase engineering productivity.
• Manage and evolve large-scale modular architectures and complex codebases.
• Modernize legacy applications and lead migrations across various codebases.
• Profile and improve application performance, focusing on memory usage, CPU optimization, and startup time.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
• Proven track record working on an iOS Platform, Developer Experience (DevEx), or Mobile Infrastructure team.
• Strong expertise in Swift Concurrency, GCD, Combine, or other asynchronous programming models.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture or VIPER.
• Experience with large-scale modular architectures and performance profiling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern build systems like Bazel, Tuist, XcodeGen, Buck, or Swift Package Manager.
• Knowledge of mobile telemetry, observability, and monitoring.
• Experience applying AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Knowledge of iOS Accessibility best practices.
