What you will do

• Design and deliver new features collaborating with Android, Web, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
• Ensure software robustness using comprehensive unit and integration testing, addressing edge cases and reliability.
• Initiate and drive personal project initiatives from the idea stage to full app integration.
• Lead medium to large-scale projects from inception to successful delivery, aligning with business goals.
• Keep the tech stack updated with the latest SDKs, tools, and Apple conventions.

Requirements

• University or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years shipping production iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, dependency injections, async/await).
• Deep understanding of UIKit and SwiftUI in collaboration with design systems.
• Proven experience in leading medium to large-scale projects.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI tools such as GitHub Actions or Bitrise.
• Experience with Observability and performance monitoring/testing tools.
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining private pods (SPM).
• Familiarity with integration, functional, or UI Automation testing (Swift testing, snapshot testing).
