What you will do

• Maintain professional communication with tenants to resolve concerns and build positive relationships.
• Execute consistent follow-ups to ensure timely rent and payment collections.
• Manage and track all collection activities using AppFolio and Asana.
• Maintain accurate records of payment-related data in the system.
• Coordinate with property managers to address complex tenant issues.
• Identify and escalate payment delays that require management intervention.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Dominican Republic.
• Proven experience in collections, tenant management, or property administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in AppFolio and Asana is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and empathetic approach.
