What you will do

• Act as the project management process owner for PSUR execution.
• Maintain and execute project management tools including Microsoft Project and Lean Kit.
• Support teams with document retrieval and routing within Medical Device Quality Systems.
• Provide support during audits and inspections related to PSUR processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Directors, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Monitor team metrics and provide visibility on project milestones and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in the functional domain or business workstream.
• Ability to manage project timelines and ensure consistent deployment of practices.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
