What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end operational execution of the global DCD program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across content, digital, and field marketing.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Bridge the gap between marketing strategy and tactical execution.
• Standardize campaign assets and processes to ensure global consistency.
• Maintain internal communication platforms and knowledge repositories for the marketing COE.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or program management.
• Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
