What you will do

• Manage and maintain structured content calendars across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Coordinate content scheduling and repurposing to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Support growth initiatives for the Live Seller Community and educational platforms.
• Respond to customer and community inquiries via chat and email.
• Assist with livestream scheduling and operational coordination for selling sessions.
• Document recurring workflows into SOPs and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work U.S. Central Time.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting creators, founders, or personal brands.
• Familiarity with Kajabi, TikTok Live, or Whatnot.
