What you will do

• Configure and customize construction software platforms like Buildertrend and JobTread for internal operations.
• Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation.
• Develop standardized templates for estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Design and refine project workflows to align with internal and client processes.
• Maintain digital project files and document management systems.
• Create internal guides and best-practice documentation to support user adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing or setting up construction software.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data mapping and organization.
• Solid understanding of construction workflows including estimating, bidding, and scheduling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to design organized systems.
• Comfortable working in an internal, non-client-facing role.
• Must be based in the Philippines or the Dominican Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience creating SOPs or internal training materials.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
• Exposure to project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
