TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and deploy internal marketing dashboards and reporting tools using Next.js, React, and Python.
  • Implement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) for accurate event tracking and attribution.
  • Integrate AI solutions (OpenAI) into marketing workflows for ad copy generation and lead scoring.
  • Automate CRM processes (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) including lead routing and pipeline management.
  • Connect ad platforms with backend systems to ensure data consistency and actionable campaign insights.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through rapid iteration.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Python.
  • Proven experience in marketing or ad tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience integrating and automating CRM systems like GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in the US and available to work during EST hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a performance marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with paid media metrics like ROAS, CPL, and CAC.
  • Experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and privacy-related attribution challenges.
