What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex features across frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using TypeScript for type safety and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Set technical standards, establish best practices, and drive architectural decision-making.
• Actively research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve engineering processes.
• Demonstrate practical application of AI tools in daily tasks, including code generation and intelligent testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript, including complex type definitions.
• Strong experience with server-side development, RESTful APIs, or GraphQL.
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (primarily AWS).
• Must be based in the greater Los Angeles area and available for occasional on-site work.
• Must demonstrate active engagement with AI tools and a strategic perspective on their role in software engineering.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with React and its ecosystem (Next.js, Hooks, Context API).
• Professional experience with Angular.
• Experience with Hono Framework.
• Experience with GCP or Azure.
