What you will do

• Design, implement, and deploy high-SLA services capable of handling millions of daily requests.
• Ensure system scalability and maintainability through microservices adoption and effective data modeling.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to support safe, automated production releases.
• Architect and refactor systems for optimal performance, throughput, and response time.
• Participate in peer reviews, design reviews, and incident response as part of an on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and integrate new product functionality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven success building and supporting scalable APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in server-side languages (Go, Python, Java, or Ruby) and SQL.
• Experience with server-side MVC frameworks (e.g., Django, .NET, Spring, Rails).
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) with strong validation judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with GoLang and Python in production environments.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and DevOps tooling (Docker, Terraform, PagerDuty).
• Background in shipping or logistics technology.
• Experience with context engineering for AI-readable documentation.
