Compensation: $31 – $34 per hour plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the resolution of high-complexity mechanical, electrical, and integrated software failures.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the technician team.
• Conduct structured root-cause analysis on recurring or systemic fleet issues.
• Coordinate daily shift repair prioritization based on fleet impact and SLA requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and QA to improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior technicians in troubleshooting methodology and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of progressive technical experience in robotics, electro-mechanical, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Advanced troubleshooting capability across integrated mechanical-electrical-software systems.
• Proven ability to perform structured root-cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• High documentation discipline and data accuracy standards.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and influence peers in a technical environment.
• Must be able to work on-site, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in robotics, automation, or advanced electromechanical systems.
• Exposure to reliability engineering principles.
• Experience supporting field deployments or pilot programs.
