What you will do

• Support agents throughout the full real estate closing process.
• Draft offers, purchase agreements, and addendums accurately.
• Coordinate inspections and track transaction timelines.
• Maintain organized records in CRM systems and DocuSign Rooms.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and stakeholders via Slack and text.
• Ensure operational workflows remain efficient during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, or Argentina.
• Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination or administrative operations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, DocuSign Rooms, and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
