What you will do

• Lead NPI programs from initial concept through to volume production.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware/software engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Drive Design for Excellence to optimize manufacturability, testability, and cost.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
• Provide data-driven status reporting to executive leadership and manage program governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in program or project management within high-tech or manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in NPI and product development lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes.
• Ability to influence and lead in a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive stakeholder management.
