What you will do

• Provide end-to-end operational support for the delivery of flagship international programs.
• Manage logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site execution for events across France.
• Track tasks and follow-up across the team to ensure all program deadlines are met.
• Assist with the France communications strategy, including social media content creation and scheduling.
• Produce newsletters, event recaps, partnership announcements, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in Operations, Events, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Excellent written English and French proficiency.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Keynote, Notion, or similar tools.
• Available immediately and willing to travel for events.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in project management (academic or extracurricular).
• Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or the innovation ecosystem.
