Behavioral Health Group (BHG) operates Joint Commission-accredited treatment centers and provides opioid addiction treatment services.

What you will do

  • Administer methadone according to Medical Director/Clinic Physician orders and follow all physician orders.
  • Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness and assess patients post-administration.
  • Collect urine specimens, file contract urines, and record results; monitor physicals and lab work.
  • Maintain medication accountability: dosing records, medication inventory reconciliation, and reporting/documenting medication discrepancies.
  • Receive medication shipments per DEA and company procedures; maintain medical supply inventories.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and trainings; support treatment center improvements and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of MN.
  • CPR and First Aid certified.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks; quick reaction capability.
  • Knowledge/skills using dosing equipment and basic medical assessment tools and equipment (e.g., test strips, breathalyzers).
  • Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
