What you will do

• Administer methadone doses as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients to determine treatment appropriateness.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and perform rigorous medication inventory reconciliation.
• Collect urine specimens and record results to monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate courtesy and vacation dose packages and provide training for new nursing staff.
• Ensure the treatment center consistently meets all DEA, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computing knowledge and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a standard medical office environment.
