What you will do

• Define manufacturing POV and high-value use cases across production planning/scheduling, supply & inventory decision-making, and aftermarket/service parts planning.
• Drive cross-solution standardized manufacturing templates and reusable patterns (workflows, demo flows, ROI narratives) for productization and Professional Services delivery.
• Translate manufacturing workflows into prioritized product requirements and measurable outcomes, influencing roadmap priorities across multiple product areas.
• Define decision-centric, AI-first capabilities for agentic AI and automation (scenario-based decision support, exception-driven workflows, assisted/autonomous planning actions) in partnership with engineering and data science.
• Lead customer engagement and validation through discovery workshops, use case validation, and feedback loops into the product.
• Act as manufacturing SME across product, GTM, and services to shape value propositions and go-to-market investments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management for supply chain/manufacturing software and/or manufacturing/supply chain planning roles.
• Experience with production planning (MPS) or APS and supply chain planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, etc.).
• Strong ability to translate complex manufacturing workflows into clear product direction and requirements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing constraints (BOMs, capacity, lead times) and multi-site/multi-echelon supply networks.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills to lead discovery and engage practitioners and executives.
• Comfort using AI tools for product work and interest in applying AI to redefine planning workflows.
