What you will do

• Guide engineers across the organization in platform-level design patterns and product development.
• Orchestrate CI infrastructure to minimize pipeline run times and provide actionable feedback.
• Mentor and coach product teams towards shared goals and outcomes.
• Identify obstacles to improve quality and user experience, including test building.
• Communicate complex problems clearly across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from São Paulo or Porto Alegre offices in Brazil
• 10+ years of web development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript (Nest.js, Node.js) and TypeORM.
• Strong understanding of backend code, databases (SQL and NoSQL), security, and APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and serverless architecture (GCP and/or AWS).
• Proficient English communication and writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building automated test suites and using debugging tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI.
• Knowledge of Vercel, Next.js, Firebase, Firestore, Apigee, and GCP infrastructure.
